These terms dictate your relationship with TheTrainablePuppy.com, including all digital training, multimedia content, tools, and AI guides provided by SDG Ranch LLC, known as The Trainable Puppy ("we," "us," or "our"). By interacting with this site, registering, or acquiring any course, you signify your agreement to these provisions.
User Eligibility and Account Security
Our educational services are designed for adults. Enrollment requires you to be at least 18 years of age or have explicit parental or guardian consent to conduct transactions or create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your profile and the confidentiality of your credentials. Access is granted solely to the registered purchaser or designated gift recipient. Unauthorized sharing of passwords or content access is strictly prohibited.
Course Delivery and Lifetime Access
The Trainable Puppy offers self-guided, digital canine education. We reserve the right to refine, update, or restructure course modules and downloadable resources to enhance the learning experience.
"Lifetime access" refers to the duration that The Trainable Puppy continues to trade and provide the specific course on its platform. Such access remains subject to technical evolutions and operational continuity. We may restrict or cancel access if these terms are breached, such as through fraudulent payments or unauthorized distribution of intellectual property.
Financial Terms and Payments
All transactions are billed in U.S. Dollars unless specified. Applicable taxes and processing fees are calculated at checkout. Payments are handled via Wix and its secure partner conduits.
Promotional offers and gift vouchers are valid only under their specific issuance terms. They possess no cash value, cannot be resold, and may not be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated.
Refund Policy
Due to the immediate granting of access to digital intellectual property and downloadable tools, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where local consumer laws dictate otherwise.
A lack of completion or a change in personal circumstances does not qualify for a refund. For technical disruptions, billing errors, or duplicate charges, please reach out to Info@TheTrainablePuppy.com for investigation and resolution.
Usage License and Intellectual Property Rights
All videos, text, imagery, guides, and branding are the exclusive property of SDG Ranch LLC and are protected by copyright and intellectual property statutes.
Your purchase grants a single-user, non-transferable license for personal, household educational use only.
While you may save designated files for private study, you are prohibited from copying, streaming, selling, or creating derivative works from our curriculum. You may not feed our content into public databases or third-party AI systems without our express written consent.
Educational Scope and Disclaimer
This platform provides general educational guidance for puppy training. It is not a replacement for veterinary care, clinical diagnosis, medical treatment, or professional legal advice.
Because every animal and environment is unique, you must exercise personal judgment regarding the suitability of any exercise and seek hands-on professional help when appropriate.
Behavioral Safety Warning
Our courses are not intended to manage serious behavioral issues like clinical aggression, resource guarding, severe anxiety, or biting. These situations require direct intervention from qualified specialists.
If your puppy exhibits dangerous or worrying behavior, immediately stop training, ensure the safety of those nearby, and consult a certified behaviorist or veterinarian. Always rule out medical pain as a cause for behavioral shifts.
Do not use punitive measures for vocal warnings like growling. Children must always be supervised during interactions and should not participate in high-stakes training exercises.
Supplemental AI Assistants
Certain modules feature an AI assistant built upon Sarah Cochran’s specific training methodologies to help you navigate lessons.
This tool is not a human trainer or a medical professional. Do not use the AI assistant to evaluate emergency or high-risk safety situations. Concerns regarding aggression or safety should be directed to a qualified human expert. Usage data for these tools is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Assumption of Risk
Training dogs involves natural risks. You are solely responsible for managing your puppy’s environment, equipment, and safety. You must monitor your puppy’s welfare and cease any activity if risks arise.
You take full responsibility for your actions and your puppy's behavior when applying our methods. The Trainable Puppy cannot oversee your physical environment or guarantee the suitability of a technique for your specific dog.
Variance in Results
Outcomes in training depend on the dog's age, temperament, health, and your own consistency. While we share success stories, these testimonials do not serve as a guarantee of identical results for every participant.

We may utilize or link to external providers like Wix or payment processors. We do not control and are not liable for the content, security, or privacy practices of these external sites.
Service Continuity
We strive for constant availability, yet we cannot guarantee that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted. Periods of maintenance or external technical failures may occur.

Warranty Limitations
